Yeah, the hotspots are the only place I've ever been able to see one or two people.

I remember "The Hunt" with those roleplayed people, I knew of 30+ flying around the system... I saw one person in supercruise at that time.(Corollary: Also why RP events are a bad idea)

I'm based 1 jump away from Shinrarta and go often for the odd goody. I've not seen anyone for donkey's.
And I thought I was on the right side of the river.
