I haven't opened a ticket for awhile for bugs. But just went to do it and it doesn't let you anymore. Just tells you to go to the bug forums. When i went there i couldnt open a new thread. Went to a blank screen. How long has this been the case and has anyone else had the same outcome.

Just pressed the link from FD ticket page.
So their link is wrong.
Remember bug report =/= support ticket.

From Contact Us going through these steps:
leads to https://forums.frontier.co.uk/forumdisplay.php?f=124 and one still has to to to PC/Mac to open a new report, with the preselections the support site could link to that section directly. (It's the same for the "report a bug" links for the other platforms.)

On a deeper check of this - you need to click the forum that you wish to report the platform-specific bug in.
Yup, the support site has all the information it'd need to link to that section directly though
