Opening Doors mission

I need to find/get 4 tons of Aluminium (Stolen) and deliver to a target station. How do I do this? Do I have to steal the aluminium? Can't I just but it from somewhere?

Semms like, yes. Get a hatch breaker or simply target the cargo hatch of a transporter with Aluminium until the cargo flows away

You might be lucky and find it at a Weak Signal Source as Illegal Salvage and thus be classed as Stolen, but the alternative is to rob cargo ships, at the Nav Beacon (which ill have bounty hunters and Police) at Signal Sources all type can produce the traders you are after, or ships in SC.

If you want to be creative, get with a friend. He buys it, you fly off somewhere away from the cops, once you're in an instance together make sure you're not winged up any more, he jettisons it (NOT abandons or this won't work), you scoop it. Since it was jettisoned and not abandoned it should be marked "stolen" when you check your inventory.

Alternatively, take a mission to legitimately deliver some from a faction you don't mind having mad at you, abandon the mission. The mission cargo should now be marked "stolen"

Creative suggestions there! I guess I will try using a hatch breaker... I've fitted my Asp for combat and will look for an Anarchy system to rob people of. Might need a cargo scanner as well.

The one with taking a legitimate mission to deliver some and then stealing the haulage cargo works really well, because obviously you don't abandon the haulage mission until you are safely inside the dock of the station where you are to turn in the theft mission. They can scan you all they want on the way in, at that point your cargo is still legal. You don't rip it off and give it to the crooks until you're docked. You'll get a fine from the faction that gave you the haulage mission of course, but you take that one from somewhere well outside your usual stomping grounds that you don't intend to return to for a long time, if ever.

ETA: Of course if the fine for the haulage mission pales in comparison to the payout from the theft, or can be offset by selling surplus ex-haulage cargo on the black market then you may as well just pay it :)
