Season greetings!
The holiday season is upon us, which means it's time for Operation Ida’s 4th annual Hauliday Haul! For those unfamiliar with Operation Ida or our Hauliday event, we are a group of commanders who help repair damaged stations in the wake of Thargoid or terrorist attacks. Every year during the month of December, we run a Hauliday event where we run various events to involve the community in station repair as well as other fun events. Also during the event we raise money for charity through GoFundMe with 100% of the funds going direct to charity.
For 2021, our events will include…..
Guardian Trip and AX Hunt- Come get your AX weapon and module unlocks and help us free the galaxy of active Thargoid incursions
CQC Fight Night- CQC fight night social where we will queue up for some CQC matches while hanging out in Discord
David vs. Goliath- You have 30 mins to outfit a small sized ship which will then be used to hunt down one of our hauling Cutters! A successful kill will result in a donation to our GoFundMe with a faster kill meaning a higher donation!
Beluga Limbo- You, a high G planet, a mountain, and a limbo bar made of Belugas. Fly down a mountain and under an ever lowering bar of Belugas but don’t crash! Plan for a rebuy or five!
24 Hour Haul- Help us break our station repair time record! We will select a secret station target and rush to repair it as fast as possible
Each event you attend will enter you into a drawing for various goodies and Ida branded swag. Such prizes as Operation Ida branded pint glasses, coasters, patches, and other prizes such as gaming gift cards (Steam, Playstation, or Xbox, winners choice). Our grand prize will be your very own fleet carrier!
For our charity fundraiser, we looked to our community to help select our benefiting charity and we are proud to announce that all funds raised during Hauliday Haul 2021 will go directly to Doctors Without Borders!
