Yeah, found a few in the usual places
Found two about 30min ago.
I found mine in the LHS 1541 system at a base called Chon Tourist Hostel.
I’m having similar lack of luck today with Opinion Polls. I’m in Fullerene c60 which is wall to wall tourist locations with hab ports. No dice.

Tried that a few times. As with other places, I’m finding an abundance of Digital Designs and Combat Training Material today. No OPs.
While I was grinding this in Fullerene C60 before Update 5, there were certainly times where I wouldn't find any OPs for at least 4 or 5 runs in a row. It's just that random.
RNG is super weird. Starting last Sat/Sun I have been finding suit and weapon schems at an 80% drop rate in PWR buildings (I know it's a common spot but before I never found any at all in the open). I have so many suit schems I don't even know what to do with them. But data? Data is just NOT happening for me. It's nothing but the useless junk.
Why the ever loving (American expletive) can't we trade data with bartenders? It makes MORE sense to trade/deal in secrets with bartenders (who listen to people drunkenly complain about everything) than to have a constant stream of people dropping huge spools of wiring, heavy batteries, and canisters of corrosive material right atop their bar. There's not even a back room you follow them into for all this, it's right out in the open. COME. ON.

For what it’s worth, I just found a single OP at Bianchi’s Serenity in the Fullerine C60 system. For the first time all day, the data mix “feels” like the one that includes OPs. Recipes and the like.

Embarrassing to say that I've lost count but reckon only a couple. I've logged off and popped out now in a grump lol. Appreciate the offer btw
Just found 9 Opinion Polls in about 2.5 hours. I am theorizing that OPs are not possible to find unless you are finding other data in the same pool of drops. Culinary recipes, faction news, correspondence…all total crap, but if they are present, OPs are possible. If you’re not seeing the cheap data, it’s time to find a new location, and even possibly relog to desktop.
I'm guessing they insist on sticking with this insane "You have to get X data from Y place" still?
Tried all the above locations, bell leisure complex and others. No idea why I'm not seeing a single OP drop but very frustrating.
