Optimization of the filling of food toys

I've found that the keepers within a compound do not take the shortest route from food toy to food toy. These are filled in the order in which they were placed in the enclosure. In the worst case, they constantly run from one end of the enclosure to the other. Currently I can only fix this by putting the feed toys again from end to end of the enclosure in a sensible order.
