Option to block NPC spam

No, Councilor Psycho Clown, I do not want to senselessly massacre 15 passenger liners. Thought that after the gazillion times I said "no" before , you'd maybe had gotten the message. That this incessant spam is always being announced as a "mission critical message" is the icing on this cake. It is nothing but a nuisance, and I at least ask for the option to block such "communications".

My situation is this: I'm doing massacre pirate stacks en masse, and have been doing so for a little while. The messages are from the targeted pirate faction, which is hostile to me. Maybe THIS is the way they're getting back at me after they've been saying they'd show me?!

I want the option to reply to Pirates that say stupid things like " i am going to boil you up", like a reply of "you couldnt boil a kettle let alone my ship" or those pirates in the mining areas that say "What are you carrying" the ability to reply " more to the point what are you carrying"
