Orange Sidewinder Update 12

Hi,

I was entering an atmosphere and had orange sidewinder error. I have tried to log backin multiple times but I can't get into the game and am confronted with the same error. All my drivers are up to date. I am thinking of verifying my install on steam. I did read a while ago this had something to do with AMD Drivers?

Anyone else experiencing this?

With AMD drivers 22.5.2/22.6.1 E:D always crashes with "Orange Sidewinder" when comming close to a ground installation.

Try installing the 22.5.1 - its still the recommended version.

Anyone with an RX 6000 series card able to get Odyssey to run with the 22.5.2 drivers?

I'm running into the same issue I had with the preview drivers; initial terrain generation takes forever (about five hours), the game loads to the main menu, then crashed back to the main menu with an Orange Sidewinder error upon entering any mode or playing any training mission. Horizons works...

I reckon if this is the case, I'd probably not play until the problem is addressed. ED is not that important to do that at the expense of other games. Just tried to get back into it again last night. Not addicted again yet.
