Orbit lines brightness

Fdev could we possibly get a transparency or brightness slider for orbit lines?

I would love a colour or brightness gradient on orbit lines that tells me which side is closer to me when approaching a station or body from a direction where I can't determine whether it's before or behind the thing it orbits before getting very close. Like, between the current yellow and white, with the white side towards me.

I was trying to be simple as possible but that sounds great!
