I was wondering if we will get the ability to place our larger ships in orbit, power down and take a small shuttle of fighter down to the planets.
In some situations it would be more practical to do this.
There would be a problem with the instance, however that could be solved the same way as we do now when we call our ship back.
When you leave your ship it will just fade out (going cold) when you're 2 km away from it. When you need to get back you can request a coordinate to the ship and it will appear when you are within the 2 km zone.
