Orbital Plane Established, 43 new signatures found

Currently when the discovery pulse wave 'honk' is performed we see a message that tells us how many bodies are in the system. This is not related to how many have already been discovered by any method.

I'd like to propose that this be changed to provide a count of new signatures found. This can exclude any body previously tagged (or pre-populated), and anything already found so far in the system.

In the FSS Scanner Screen we already have this information with the count of how many signatures have been resolved and would act as a notification that a partially completed system still has more to find in it.

Add this to the several suggestions of displaying the FSS frequency bar somewhere on the main HUD after a honk, so a player can then decide whether to slow down and go into FSS mode, or continue on.

In a partially explored system those bodies already 'discovered' will appear in both System Map and Nav Panel (possibly as 'Unexplored'), if the 'revealed' bodies is less than the sum of local stars and system bodies there are further bodies left to be 'found'.

Otherwise the suggestion of 'new' bodies found would be reasonable enough, it does save a couple of seconds over the method I use
