Order processing time for ship skins

Paid instantly 3 days ago, and order still says "processing". How long before I should start a chargeback?
 
I paid mine via steam. It arrived in game instantly. Though once I had to restarted ED to get my eagle skin.
 
Thanks. Based on this feedback I opened a claim with paypal. I did not see a customer service phone number to call.
 
I don't even have to restart the game. I can stay in the 'outfitting' screen while ordering the skin, pay for it (I use paypal) and when I paid I alt-tab back to the game and it's there..

no need to be like that, he simply hasn't gone through something like this before and doesn't know better. That's why he made this thread asking.

OP, the payments should be pretty instant. Going through PayPal support might result in you getting your money back, but it's not the best way, because from Frontiers perspective you just took your money back and they don't know why, which might put you in bad standing. It works similar to credit card charge backs.

The appropriate way would be to contact Frontier support and say hey I didn't get my skins, and they should fix that up for you. If for some reason they refused to fix it and refused to refund you, then you should go to paypal. But there's no reason Frontier won't fix it for you :)

There's a support link on your game launcher. You can file a support request there and someone should be able to help you sort out the issue with your purchase.
