General / Off-Topic Origin Of "Can I Haz..."?

Many of the "doom"/"I'm leaving" etc. threads are followed by the "Can I haz your stuff?", comment. Just wondered if this is derived from GTA San Andreas where CJ says something similar whenever he kills an innocent bystander. Come to think of it there's a couple of other CJ sayings that could fit in Elite...

"How can you drive if you're blind?" (For when an Anaconda rams you in the letterbox.
"I hate gravity". (Planetary landing gone wrong).

Probably some more but not suitable for a family friendly forum!

Must replay SA at some point if I can get it to run and anyone who moans about grinding in a game has never done those 100 graffiti tags around Los Santos, especially as the Brady guide has more than a few in the wrong place!

I thought it originated with illegal dumping of hazardous waste, or hazmat, and was a code criminals used.
'I can haz.' - I can dump that illegally.
'Can I haz?' - Can you dump this for me.
'I haz 'enuff.' - I can no longer accept illegal waste.
'I haz gotta go!' -Drums of hazmat are leaking in my basement and I have to leave town.
