So will Frontier re-release the original games on something like GOG, or havnt they commented? i missed out on the original elite and some of the other games given im 22, would be great to try them out. Sorry if this is a repost but i did use the search function.

awesome, thanks for the link. didnt cross my mind that they might be free, even though i know tes arena and daggerfall are free now and much younger.

I think as the creator of this thread mentioned, he is too young to have experienced the original versions and while waiting for his access to ED wants to see how it was before.
Since those games used such little space, they could have them as a retro link in the launcher as an extra for those that pre-ordered the game. Or if they make a wii U version then the NES version could be added.
