I toyed with the idea of music, even had in my mind the sort of thing I wanted for each part. Spent about 3 hours hunting down the tracks that I thought fitted it best, but when I put them together in place, it just sounded like a jumbled mess.

As for voice over, I'd have to have AI do that, because even I struggle to understand my Norfolk accent sometimes.

ya timing is everything when it comes to adding music to film cutting fading in audacity samples in post production video editing suite is quite labours work for a good effect
and as for a voice over ya good voice acting skills a must .............

i actually call in tracks on cue like the above live whilst playing using the well known by advanced ED players voice attack program
well that and a whole host of others plus enhanced sound effects that suit the mood
