Hi I live in Canada and I pre ordered planet coaster for ps5 but I never got the bonus content oswalds magnificent coaster apparently it is only exclusive to the USA and UK now I would to know how is that fair I have tried to download it and I can't is there a link to get it or will it be available in Canada I did download a park with the coaster in it but when you go to the Playstation store to download it and it would not allow it can anyone from frontier help me with this it would be greatly appreciated thank you

It's not exclusive to USA/UK.
The store you bought it from should just have given you the code.
I suggest mailing Frontier at Community@frontier.co.uk to explain it, and redeem the code from them.

i talked to my store and they said that there was no code given for pre-order
Then they are lieing. But Frontier can help, if you just mail them, instead of asking here on the forum.

I can confirm it is not exclusive to the USA or UK as I live In Canada and I bough the pre-order digital copy of the game and I got the exclusive coaster. I am on a xbox one S not the new consoles wasn't lucky enough to get one of those but the pre-order coaster is avalible in Canada, sounds like the store is covering up the screw up by saying there is no code.
