It's self explanatory, isn't it? You need a semi-aquatic weasel as a mascot. Incredibly Disney doesn't have one ( I checked) so not only would this be cool but it would also be cutting edge. Otter's are quite possibly the most playful of all the mammals so this is a natural fit for the theme park. It's an Otter-ly awesome idea. It's Staoatally the best thought out mascot plan in the world and W-easelly the best idea you've read today. Don't let Ed do the voice.
