Our stations are all still "Under Deployment" after this week's tick. What happened?

Last week my squadron and I finished construction on 3 new sites. We reached the completion stage well before the "Weekly Tick," and all stations were in the "Deployment" phase by Wednesday. As of now they are all still in "Deployment" so no mission boards, etc.

The tick happened, right? Shouldn't these stations be operational now?

Did the server maintenance and udate 2 screw this up somehow? Or am I missing something about how this works?

Anyone else have a similar experience this week?
I never feel like I know what qualifies as "working as intended" anymore since the devs don't articulate what their intentions for this update are supposed to be. Anyone know?
Should I submit a support ticket?
