Out of Fuel - Help?

There used to be a self destruction option. I do not see it anymore.

What can I do?

I am ~14LY away from the nearest system with a station. I am in HIP 78704.

Can anyone help me?

2nd if you still run out of fuel, please wait around an hr or so for help. That data is valuable.

It sure is. I probably lost about 100,000 worth of data plus everything that I had in the refinery and my cargo hold.

Now I have one less chaff launcher and a fuel scoop.

Having been rescued by the Fuel Rats, it saddens me to hear that the OP didn't contact them. Even at 14,000 LY from populated space the Fuel Rats have been known to pull out some amazing saves.
