Anything worth visiting on the outer arm vacuus?

Never been out there but maybe you can check EDSM Galactic Map and click on the top right button to display already discovered/known POIs.

I was down there recently, and it's a similar view to BP, but without the distance!

If memory serves, there's a few POI on the map, but mostly I enjoyed finding a way across the gap rather than plotting between 2 points.

You can try to get 45k from Sgr A* - it's a much more select group than 65k from Sol.
