san / ngalia / iapodes give good indepdant missions, tiano to kuhuma are fed aligned
Unfortunately, under the old long-range smuggling meta, the criminal factions of the galactic Outback came into ascension and Federation rule over several Outback planets was overthrown. But for planets where a Federation faction is at least present:
- Sothis - 1 Fed faction
- Ceos - 1 Fed faction which expanded long ago from Sothis
- 17 Draconis - 2 Fed factions, only Outback system currently under Fed control. Be aware that I don't think the market for Paradiso has been fixed yet, so don't bring trade goods here.
- Canopus - 1 Fed faction which had expanded long ago from Exphiay
- Exphiay - 2 Fed factions
- Sothis - 1 Fed faction
- Ceos - 1 Fed faction which expanded long ago from Sothis
