Outfitting: can anyone point me to the right stations?

I guess its a bit random, but i got my power plant at IBOOTIS, AULIN or RAKAPILA, thats where i was flying today... I cant be more specific, i dont remember

If you're still in the starting-systems, head out towards Wyrd and keep going out towards the edge of the (currently) playable area. You'll find a whole bunch of high-population high tech and industrial systems on that side. I've found that between them they stock most anything you need.
Aulin and Styx eventually show them. Asellus Primus also has some stuff occasionally.
I think the stock gets refreshed every hour. So instead of flying everywhere looking for stuff - so some cargo runs between Styx and Aulin (very lucrative 60K profit round trip) and keep checking the outfitters.

i've been quite a way around the place, which direction are you talking? i usually chill in arcturus area, out towards the edge is a bit non-specific really, i've been to several edges

LHS-250, LHS-246, Theta Ursae Majoris, Keian Gu, etc.
Set the Galaxy map to show economies (I know, probably trying to teach you to suck eggs ) and check out other Industrials in that area.

Hagalaz is also a good spot to find higher end upgrades.
Might be worth mentioning that the list of modules for sale at any given station appears to refresh hourly, so if a place hasn't got what you want, don't waste your time spamming the "outfitting" button. Go do your thing for a while & try again later.
