Outfitting locator?

Gents, a little help please.
I've bought a Cobra simply for bounty hunting / pirating and I'm trying to find out where I can go to fully upgrade it, which is local to me, is there a search tool somewhere?
I'm currently in Wuthielo Ku and I've got 20mil to spend on her.

The Galmap - select HIGH TECH and then beef the population slider up to 2/3 of the way along then take a look at what stars are left. High pop high tech are good for most things.

Hign Tech systems or my fav LHS 223. I don't know of any search tools tho

Don't think there is a search tool, but there were several forum lines with details in, but can't find them at the moment, I'll keep looking and get back if I do.

1. Wapiya (Reber Orbital) 42 ly
2. Songzi (Van Der Riet Woolley Vision) 42 ly
3. Rosmerta (Kahn Orbital) 44 ly

They should be able to cater to your needs.

Edit: If they don't have what you need, try CD-51 102 (McDermott Enterprise) 75 ly. There you should find everything.
