Hi there plsalain!

Do you mean the Monorail? I'm not quite sure what you're referring to, so any additional details you can provide me with would be helpful!

Hello and thank you for answering me.
Yes, I have to use the monorail rather than a Vactrain (via another control center) to go to a second zone with visitors, otherwise, the Vactrain doesn't bring me any visitors. The visitors stay in the first zone! With the monorail, it works, the visitors arrive well in the second zone. Is this normal?

Hello,
I just tried again. It works with the Monorail and also with a guided tour connecting the 2 areas. Unfortunately, it does not work with the Vactrain.
If you have another solution, I am interested. Thank you!

Hey again!

By Vactrain, do you mean the Hyper Loop? The transportation that goes underground? Did you mean that guests aren't coming out of the Control Centers it's connected to, or that nearby Amenities aren't getting guests?

Yes, that's exactly it.
Customers do not leave the other control centers (or power plants) to which the Hyper loop is connected (except the first zone).
As a result, the stores in the other zones nearby remain empty!
As I mentioned above, this is only possible with a monorail or a guided tour connecting different zones.
Try it out, you'll see. Maybe submit this fact to your developers.
Thanks
Sincerely, Alain

Here is a picture that shows that I have to connect 2 areas by a guided tour (or a monorail if I want)
Thank you.
Best regards,
Alain

Hey again Alain!

Looking at your screenshot, there aren't any Viewing Galleries or other Attractions near where you placed the Amenities. This might be the reason why they aren't getting visitors. Guests will always head towards Attractions, then the Amenities nearby, but Amenities won't get a lot of traffic if there aren't Attractions around.

Hello,
No, in zone 2, there are indeed several observation galleries that are connected to the power plant with stores, bunker, toilets around. I have visitors who come when I connect zone 2 to zone 1 with a guided tour or a monorail, BUT NOT with the hyper-loop. It's not a big deal, the solution is to connect these two zones in another way than by the hyper-loop... I thought it would work, but it doesn't.
I will try to test it on another map.
Thank you for answering me.
