Horizons Paint Job Question?.

Before I open a ticket with FD I thought I would ask here at the forums first in case I am missing something simple.

I took advantage of the Black Friday paint job offer a week or so back and bought one each for my Anaconda and FDL. I was using the FDL at the time and applied the black paint job at my next landing at a port with the livery facilities and that installation went fine. Today I returned to my home base for the first time since and decided to swap ships and use my Anaconda for a while. I went into outfitting and made some changes to my weapons and decided to install the black paint job at the same time, only to find I had no black one available to install. Thinking it will likely install at the next station once I began playing I got some missions and cargo and headed out but found that I still didn't have the black job for the Anaconda. I have the email purchase confirmation but decided to visit the FD shop anyway and it also confirmed that I had bought both. Am I missing something or should I contact FD?.

Open a support ticket.
 
Thanks, have done so just now but they have a 4 day wait apparently.

Be prepared to receive a reply much quicker - my last ticket (raised Monday evening) got sorted and answered overnight (email confirming resolution on Tuesday morning) less than 14 hours to be completely resolved. Support really are ace.
