Does anyone know if paintjobs transfer across all variants of a ship? If I buy Federal Dropship paints, will they work on my Federal Gunship?

Sorry bud, paint jobs are non transferable :) they aren't to expensive though so save your pennies like I did and buy a few to help out the devs :)

Echo above.. Shame but ... They're cool and fun .... I have quite a few . Just buy them for your fav ships that u aren't likely to sell. Even if u do eventually trade up

Paint/skins are ship specific. Not only can they not be used 'cross species', they cannot be used on ships from the same line (IE:Cobra Mk III paints won't work on the Mk IV).
