Paint jobs should have per-location colour information for ship kit components

As seen here, the colour of the ship kit components only matches with the rearmost colour on the paintjob.

It would be nice if each paintjob's data included a colour value for each component location, so that the bumper colour could be matched with the paintjob colour at the front of the ship.
