Warehouse, plastic drapes(for less cleanup) and makeshift obstacles is all you would require
I mean to that particular location a professional run set up. It isn't the 90s
Every where I go people turn up in groups. Using the web I know lots of people but they are scattered all over the world. Getting say 20 people all in one physical place is a challenge. This is what happens post UNI ....

I'd love to paintballing with a load of Elite players. I love paintball. 
Unfortunately, I live in Shrewsbury. So it'd cost far more than I can afford to attend.
