and since we can put bundaries at the place of the plates name, why not the placing plate name at boundary too? [where is it]

The main problem with this at the moment is that no Microtransactions appear in game. To view them, you have to either click the link to the in-game store page (Which is broken and redirects you through your main browser anyway to the in-game store page, and said store page is also broken and takes 24 hours to process orders and have them show up on your account), or go to the main store page on your internet browser.
I think their main goal is always going to be to add all the purchasable cosmetics to the in-game Livery menus. I just think this is still a long way off if they can't even get what they have to work properly.
