Palladium prices in Aisling Duvall space seem higher than normal?

I was doing a bit of honest trading last night by accident and needed to shift some Palladium I had acquired.

A quick Eddb search gave quite a few places of upwards 15k per ton which were all a long way away from me and all in Aislings space. Any canny traders have an idea why or is it just there aren't many miners in the Duvall crew?
