Panicking

I love that we can disable dinosaur aggression and hunting now, but along with that can herbivores and Small theropods also not panic constantly when around a Medium/Large theropod when Aggression is disabled? This still makes it difficult to make mixed enclosures because the dinosaurs are often panicking so much and for so long that they can't eat or drink. It also makes no sense for the sauropods to panic over theropods that can't hurt them in any way.

They definitely need to adjust it. Sauropods still panic over small carnivores like Velociraptor and Deinonychus.

I also find it weird that armored dinosaurs are so quick to panic in the presence of carnivores... I mean, what's the point of evolving all those defense mechanisms if your just going to run at the first sight of a predator?

yes in mix enclosure my Diplodocus always panicking and die because they dont eat or drink... this problem must be solved

Oh agreed, there is too much panicking going on especially for things that cannot be perceived as threats for some dinos or the dinos which now panic would have very effective means of defense against the potential threat. Needs to be a balancing here, especially when ti comes to ankylosaurids as i imagine them to basically not care even a little when there is a dino nearby as they could cave it's skull in.

I also just wish that they didn't panic for as long as they currently do. It should be purely a distance-based things for dinos that are actual threats - once theyre X distance away from scary thing, stop panicking. So many times I see dinos panicking for no reason when they should be far enough away from things that initially spook them, and by the time panic state wears off, either they accidently ran back to the thing that spooked them, or the thing decided to chase em down again. Ive seen herbivores and small carnivores panicking from large carnivores when they arent even in the same flippin enclosure....
