Panther Clipper comes default with a regular shield generator?

Should I replace it with a bi-weave? I got the Type-8 and it came by default with a bi-weave so I was a bit surprise that the Panther Clipper did not. I used to be in PowerPlay before the big reshuffle but I'm no longer in a level to allow me the prismatic shields, so that's not an option. What blueprint you guys use to improve the shield generator?

Reinforced 5 + Low-Draw is one I use on most of my shield generators, gets you better protection at a lower power cost, unless weight saving is crucial for that particular ship build.

You don't want a biweave on a big hauler like that. You want as much upfront shielding as possible to get out of danger at which point the regen rate won't matter - on a ship that size, either they're going to be so thin as to be not worth having in the first place, or if they break they're not coming back in a time that's relevant even with a biweave.
