Panther Clipper Phantom

Ok, posting this with fully acknowledging the impossibility, but still, I'm stupid like that.

The name of the thread is derived from the fact that Krait mk. II has a secondary exploration version of the ship, sooooo... why not PC, right? ;)

ANYway, I've always had this weird view of exploration, like it should demand an extraordinary ship to be able to cope with the deep for long. Like, small ships should be confined to say bubble, large ones could get a few 1000 LYs out. That said, my current explorer is Cobra mk. V, for the convenience of it. Landing on top of mushrooms as well as insanely good SCO. But ideally Panther Clipper should be the only ship thus far to actually travel any significant distance, having a really hard time (actual maintenance being a thing in this ideal) to keep it in one piece to Beagle Point.

IMO it would be great to have an exploration-streamlined PC variant. But we'd NEED to have a(n SC? and) landing able SLF for that, too. So you'd only need to land the ship for say SRV deployment.

Anyway, I did warn you in the 1. line.
