Hear me out before bashing... (and I hope I am not missing that this can already be done)
I know the Dev's spent a ton of time and work on park management and I do believe it should be an integral part to the game. However, it is EXTREMELY aggressive on my Sandbox park. I honestly cannot do anything anymore building-wise in the game because every second something needs my attention...
I think I got wrapped up into building a coaster and 20 people quit... [ugh]
I think it would be great to have:
1. Park Management On/Off Toggle (for sandbox parks)
2. Park Management Difficulty Level (for both Sandbox and Career Parks)
Before starting any sort of career park, I like to focus on Sandbox play. I like to focus on ride layouts, park layouts, and other aspects of the park to see how guests react and see how to facilitate the flow of guests to other areas of the park.
Unfortunately, I have found the new park management so aggressive and time consuming I literally have no time to focus on other things. I also do not like to pause the game during coaster building because I need to see how the coaster is running as I like to make feasible coasters. I worked on a wood coaster and by the time it was completed, I lost 1000 guests and half my vendor workforce lol [rolleyes]
Anyhow, it is just a suggestion. I do find value in park management, but I am finding it entirely too time consuming to enjoy the construction, building, and architectural features of the game. Also in real life, management is not a God complex where one person controls all, so having to individually select training for each employee is a nuisance. I wish there was a "train all" or the ability to increase or decrease all wages across a certain job category.
