Parking Fee and Limit of Parking Duration of Fleet Carriers

FC capacity 50%: Fee 10 mln CR/day; If your carrier doesn't have sufficient funds to pay the fee, it will be moved to the closest eligible system.
FC capacity 55%: Fee 15 mln CR/day
FC capacity 60%: Fee 20 mln CR/day
FC capacity 65%: Fee 30 mln CR/day
FC capacity 70%: Fee 40 mln CR/day
FC capacity 75%: Fee 50 mln CR/day
FC capacity 80%: Fee 50 ARX/day; If you possess insufficient ARX, your carrier will be moved to the closest eligible system.
FC capacity 85%: Fee 100 ARX/day
FC capacity 90%: Fee 200 ARX/day
FC capacity 95+%: Auction for a slot per 24 hours, starting bid 250 ARX; if you fail the auction, your carrier will be moved to the closest eligible system. You bid in advance and jump in once eligible for the successfully auctioned timeslot. The slot will be reserved until jumped in.

Turnover time: Daily 7 AM UTC.

Price changes are calculated in real-time and applied the next turnover, players will be messaged in-game in advance should the parking price change so they can prepare to jump out of the affected system to not be charged the next turnover.
Price is charged the first time within the current timeslot a carrier enters the affected system, except when a system entered auctioning mode; then only carriers who had paid for the current timeslot may jump in if the system is, at the time, not in full capacity.

It FDev could implement Parking Fees and Limit of Parking Duration of Fleet Carriers will help reduce frustration of inability for many commanders to jump their FC to a busy CG system. There are quite a few of FCs parked in the Alcor system for weeks or months.

A proportional fee system would help reduce this congestion, busier the systems, higher the fees.

Similarly, a proper limit of max parking duration, i.e. 24 to 48 hours, in busy systems (i.e. over 75% of max numbers of FCs allowed) could also helps. After expiration, FCs could be moved to nearest systems.
why?

the only change they need todo is to make all the carriers solo viewable by default, and then you have to deliberately make it public viewable, tie it in with who are allowed to dock, if you allow everyone to dock, then everyone can see it, just like how we can see carriers today, if only you are allowed to dock, only you can see it. and if you allow friends/squadron to dock, then they can see it.

And all private/friends/squadron carriers do not need to take up one of the premium slots that the public accessible ones needs, so now those carriers can ALWAYS travel to any permitted system, regardless on how many other carriers there already are there...

Fantastic suggestion. This would most definitely open up spots for fleet carriers without any type of punishment. This is a good solution to the problem described.

Why not just fifo? As soon as a system is full the owner of the carrier that came in first receives a message to move their carrier. If not done within 24 hrs it gets moved by the system authorities to the nearest system with free slots and the carrier bank account is getting charged an amount of credits equal to the value of the fuel needed for the jump.

and if all the possible adjacent systems are full? Like the far away system that can only be reached by Fleet Carriers... there is apparently a big queue to get there, locking the ones already there from leaving...
