My friend just headed over to Parkinson Dock in Eotienses in order to upgrade, expecting to find it with all the choice on offer from a High Tech station - since it completed its transformation into a High Tech dock on 16th May, according to GalNet. Except the range in the outfitting and shipyard is still rather limited, and according to system information it's still a Refinery economy. What gives?
