Just a quick idea.
I don't have beta, so I have no idea how material gathering and whatnot is working over there.
Currently, when removing a mod, you basically get nothing back.
I rarely remove mods anyway, but still, I like options!
Why not issue a partial refund in materials and data? Roughly 50% of what you put in.
Mods that only require 1 material don't get refunded.
For anything else, you'll get back roughly half, with a bias towards the higher grade materials.
Odd numbered recipies will be awkward, but fair.
So if it cost 2xG1 and 1xG3 to make, you'll get back just 1xG3.
If it cost 2xG1, 2xG2, 1xG5, you'd get back 1xG5, 1xG2, and maybe a 1xG1.
Or something like that.
Can't really see side for it, except to release some materials you can't find or something. Lol
