Passenger build

I'm trying to figure out how to include passengers in a build more effectively but would need some perspective please.
I bought an Orca for a day and quite enjoyed "busing" around with different passenger missions. Still I got the impression that I can never fill up the ship sensibly no matter how I try to vary the cabin loadout.
I'm allied with most factions in the area I play around so I guess I got the most diverse mission variety the game has to offer and still it felt like I had to fly maybe half loaded when I was lucky which made the Orca's capacity pretty much unnecessary.
What I tried really was to have some sort of "bulk" assignments to about one direction but somehow I didn't see the chance to run proper transport missions for example - the ship was flying mostly empty.
Then I tried to mix it up and pick some cargo and passengers going in the same direction but that hardly worked too. Also couldn't really figure out what passenger compartment levels ratio shall I balance out to increase the ship load - shall I mix it or have just one profile instead.
I have to say I don't hoard missions on my account to fly them later as I can't make sure I'll be able to log in within a day to fly them so I have to cook from the actual lists and let proper planning go.
Anyway, I ditched the Orca for now and got a Python to see if there's anything I missed because of the large size landing pad the Orca could land on but even with opening up the chance for medium pad destinations it didn't come out any better.

How do you, who do passenger runs, percieve this? What ship and loadout do you use and what strategies do you have to make all sense in pax transport?
I am still interested in this but maybe I'll rather need a smaller ship with a proper VIP cabin (like in az AspX or Phantom, maybe Cobra) and take those few separately to their sightseeing adventures rather than doing simple transport jobs?

(I hope it's clear what I tried to ask and why :))
Thanks,

Frontier killed mission stacking, including with passengers. You're a year and a half too late sorry. The fun ran out with those.

Guess there's always robigo (you only need economy for that).

Even if you wanted to focus on one or two missions at a time, how they spawn is so rng its well beyond being able to expect it at any station.

There are two types of passengers:
1) VIPs who have a certain sized party - they have a crown icon on the mission board - they do not share cabins with other passengers (ie from other missions)
2) bulk passengers - you can cram different passenger missions in the same cabin. This is more efficient for filling up your cabins.

The Saud Kruger ships (Orca, Beluga, Dolphin) are the only ships allowed to equip Luxury cabins. Don't worry about these as Luxury missions rarely pop up.

The most profitable (cash, rank, materials) passenger jobs are tourist missions from Robigo Mines to Sothis. Medium ship (ie Python) works best. Beware criminal passengers if you get scanned.

Like other aspects, the game falls short on depth with passenger missions.

When it comes to PAX Missions, the only useful remaining Config I found : able to haul 54 First Class (bulk)

That's the only PAX Mission type paying upto 7M for a 1-hop dropoff.

The Orca is out of Business for these tasks due to lack of capacity, so I need my Beluga for that (of course i.e. a Conda works even better).
All other PAX Vessels I effectively mothballed.

Thank you all, that makes it clear for me from every angle.
I guess I'll run a few sightseeing pax then for the sake of the journey and to visit some places I possibly wouldn't otherwise.
Having a separate Conda just for the bulk first class thing might be too niche right now but maybe when I'll have sooooo much credits I'll get one and laugh :D

Fly safe commanders!

I run an Anaconda for site seeing PAX missions. Lots of space for cabins. Massive jump range, with guardian tech, FTW. Add a few weapons and a decent shield for idiots and accidents. Makes quick work of the missions with a 60+/- jump range.

I named it the "Booze Cruzer" .
