Passenger (& Cargo missions) fix (reddit post)

Nice idea but the passenger missions have an affect on the BGS so I can't see anything like that happening. There should be a better supply and demand mechanic that generates overall many more economy passenger missions with a lower of the price per passenger. It is a bit daft that even at a major galactic hubs you can have trouble filling up even a modest passenger liner.
