Passenger mission minimum cabin issue

Hey there,

I recently tried to sack two general passenger transport missions; both requiring only economy class cabins. After selecting the first one and putting them all into economy, I could not select the second one anymore. it was for like 21 passengers., (Minimum economy class). I had nine seats left in economy, but had more than enough business class left to accept the rest. I'm sure they'd have appreciated the upgrade. I can totally understand if the situation were reversed; if the minimum class was business and all I had left was economy. Can this be looked at?

Also I'd like to suggest an alternate system for passenger booking (in conjunction with the current.) A commander should be able to post his destination, (Say I'm going from Sol to Alpha Centauri) and get bids for passengers looking to go to Alpha Centauri.

Strangest case I found was during a burning-station evacuation, when I hadn't yet changed my Beluga's cabins (transfer in progress).

They wanted Economy, would accept Business or First, but would absolutely refuse to enter a Luxury cabin. They'd rather burn to death.
