Horizons Passenger Mission not completing. Again

This has happened twice. I have plenty of room for cargo, data etc for the rewards. My passenger is happy and had me take him back to the original dock so I can be paid. I get there and I can get nothing showing that I completed the mission even though I have.
Terrence Glen sightseeing mission.

HMMM I have over 200 passenger missions and have yet to fail 1 for whatever reason. Strange indeed.
