just wanted to chime in to say that I like the new passenger missions. As I have said many times in this forum I am a small ship guy and actually like to fly small ships by choice (even though I have some expensive toys in my hangar). I have a special place in my heart for the awesome Cobra MK III, since this little gem can fit any role and perform decent in it. Same with passenger missions.
I fitted a first class and a business class cabin and picked up a VIP celebrity mission. 3.5 million credits for one jump
What I really like about it: That's Han Solo gameplay right there [up].
"What's the cargo?"
"Just passengers. The boy, myself, two droids...and no questions asked."
I also really liked the shadow delivery missions from Robigo that failed on scan and sadly got nerfed out of existence. Not because they did pay well but because they were also fun to do in a Cobra and gave me that Han Solo feeling.
So all hail the awesome Cobra MK III, I can't praise that ship enough (and got a lot of paintjobs for it as well). I am looking forward to the next passengers.
Having said that, I will refit one of my Imperial Clippers for passenger transport as well. Nothing beats traveling in a little style.
