Newcomer / Intro Passenger missions are not completing

I tried Robigo to Sothis passenger runs today.

On first run, everything worked fine.

On second run, 3 of 6 contracts are immediately completed when I arrived at the Sirius Atmo beacon.
I waited for minutes, visit the planet and came back to beacon, fired D-Scanner and almost everything but I got scanned by something and passengers are ejected.

On third run, no contracts are being completed no matter what I do. I just abandoned all missions.

On fourth run, I visited Ceos instead and got the passenger missions to Sirus Atom.
At the Sirius Atmo, still nothing happened and I just have to terminate the game.

Is this a bug? Do I have to something for consecutive runs?
I'm so frustrated now.

I learned that from 2nd run. I haven't got scanned during 3rd and 4th.
So, scan is not a issue.

When you reach Sirius Atmospherics, you have to select the POI in Supercruise and exit supercruise when you get the blue prompt. Then, select (target) the beacon (or select it from the Contacts Tab on your left), point your ship towards it and wait for the targeting to complete (20 seconds or so). Then you'll get the messages that the passengers have visited their destination and you can return to the station.

You'll get the hang of it, don't worry, we all went through that phase

Thanks for your advice but I did exactly like that. That's how I succeed in 1st and half of 2nd run.

After 3rd run, I don't get any messages even I camped at the Sirius Atmo point blank for tens of minutes and eventually got scanned.

There are two different ways to do Robigo runs: one from Robigo Mines and one from Hauser's Reach.

The ones out of Hauser's Reach are very, very tricky which is why you should never, ever do them. Many of them have additional requirements to meet before you complete the mission.

If you're running out of Hauser's, you've grabbed missions with additional requirements and you didn't realize it because you didn't read the entire description. If you are running out of Robigo Mines, then you've probably grabbed one that isn't actually a Sirius Atmospherics mission.

I've run Robigo Mine missions literally hundreds of times and never had an issue that I didn't create myself.

It was Robigo Mines and I actually read the mission descriptions.
There were 3 conditions - transport to Sirius, payment when you return, safe travels - no extra.

Apologies for insisting, but did you select the beacon from the Contacts tab? if you just select it from the Locations tab it won't work. The only times I came across such problems were when I forgot to target the beacon.
