So here I am, on leg four of a huge trek and I jump to a system to find no visitor beacon. Have flown from one end of this system to the other. Is this seriously how this is supposed to work? Dang, for a second I thought the game got better today. How long do I fly around before I ditch this quest and kiss all that rep goodbye?

This is also happening to me. >.< spent an hour trying to find the second visitor beacon in a small system and nothing.
Haven't played for ages but trucking passengers around always appealed in Frontier so I thought I'd give it a go. Got my first passenger from Abe Lincoln in Sol, some kind of dodgy character, wanted to go to Reilly Beacon in Lacaille 8760 (or something similar - about 14ly from Earht). Two hops and there. And... now what? There's a sun, an asteroid field and two stations, neither named Reilly Beacon. That name doesn't appear in the list of places anywhere. Flew around a bit looking for Reilly Beacon but to no avail. Just ended up getting interdicted by some random NPC in a Federal Dropship. Where is this Reilly Beacon? Do I have to find it? Examined a couple of USS type things, but nothing.
