Horizons [Passengers] Cannot reroute

My 24 tourists have asked me to take them somewhere else, for a nice bonus.

I'm happy to accede to the request, it's within easy reach, I've been there before, I'm not Wanted anywhere, and I have room in my cargo hold for the goodies. Yet the "accept" tick box remains unselectable.

When this has happened before, docking at the next place on my list of drop-offs usually makes the "accept" tick box selectable (why?).

I've docked at several places during the current episode, but the "accept" box remains steadfastly unselectable. The "decline" X box is selectable, but I want to accept.

What am I missing?

I had this recently too. If you scroll the message down to the bottom, the one where they ask you to go somewhere else instead, you should find a time there. I believe this is the time they want to be delivered, but NOT BEFORE! When this happened to me I just cancelled that, went to the original port and dropped them off for the original fee. However, I believe if you wait until the revised time comes up I THINK the 'accept' button will then become active.

If you haven't already 'spaced' them, or dropped them off at their original destination, let me know if this works. I didn't have the time to wait around the next hour and a half with them in my cabins, even though it would have meant a triple payment!

Go to your message window; top right hand side of screen. Open anything there about said mission. Go to bottom of message and hit the tick, to continue.

I have had several of these redirected passenger missions, and have never succeeded in clicking to accept.

I even once waited until the "Time" indicated at the bottom had arrived, still couldn't accept.

So far I have found that if I click the "X" and take them to their original destination, the mission will complete.
