Horizons [Passengers] Hidden traps

Beware the unusually lucrative sightseeing missions where there's no system data available/purchasable.

Like as not the destination site will be 250,000 to 300,000 Ls away from the system entry point, which you discover only when you do a scan on entry. And then you're in for a very long trip, about 20-30 minutes, while the display in front of you barely changes.

If you and your fares are not Persons of Interest, there's absolutely nothing to do except wait it out.

This has been common with missions for a long time, delivery and such too. I especially had a few where you get redirected mid mission to such a site and that's a real kicker when then offer you an extra 300cr for the effort lol. But, I don't really mind the travel time, put your feet up time :)

edit:

Reminds me of the time I was doing a delivery in my Clipper and I was redirected to an outpost 300,000ls away, of course I knew I couldn't land there. All I could do was go to a star port, by a Type 6 and fly there in that, which I also had to go to 3 different stations to outfit (FSD wasn't enough) and first one didn't stock, second was supposed to but was out of stock!

There are also missions that lead one to a planet with 9.7G. Some targets also require a FSD with at least 50 LJ range and the option also to double a few jumps by syntese. You should read the text in detail and also look at the galaxy card. But still fun and lucrative. :)
