I do agree with this, weather barely gives you any time to take it in. I mean, think of Frostpunk and how much that storm at the end of the first scenario matters because you have to endure it for long and you have time to take it in and treat it as a calamity. Both mild and severe weathers in JWE are like... Dutch Weather. 3 minutes of rain and thats it. And the umbrellas thing is absolutely necessary for immersion, i just see these masses of people getting washed and getting ready for a pleasant weekend with pneumonia.
Oh and would it be too much to ask perhaps if lightning strikes the buildings that are damaged during regular, non-twister storms, both giving us an onscreen flash and letting us quickly know where things happened, and making things more visually spectacular.
