A spokesman for the Cobra Wing issued a statement in Ebor today.
It is with great regret that I come to you to declare that Commander Salome, former senator of the empire, is dead.
We've been silent because, really, people do not know what to say in those hours.
From the beginning everybody knew of the danger involved, and that this result could unfortunately happen.
Raan Corsen warned himself. Moving ahead of events, he sought allies he could trust, and that was hard work. Earth Defese Fleet was confused and indecisive, which made things a bit unpredictable. It was then that he accepted the Cobra Wing escort, one of his first contacts since his life had become so "complex." There were several contacts and hard negotiations to get ahead of what was to come, troop training and secretive strategies.
His time was consumed in the blink of an eye, troops moved, hunters in every corner of the galaxy, nothing could have gotten worse when an essential part of his plan proved fruitless. EDF came to the public with a search request by Raan Cosen. Raan can not prepare everything he needs and is martyred for not having time to communicate with the EDF troops. He knew there were agents infiltrated in the ranks of Salome, and could not identify them in time.
A Cobra Wing mediator slammed forward with EDF in response to his hunting request, as did so many other notorious Allied Defense Forces leaders. But it was too late, and Salome was involved in a game of intrigue that could not be escaped, and was influenced to make dubious alliances. Raan guarded his strategy for fear that essential information would fall into the wrong hands.
PAC did everything possible to reverse the situation and identify the infiltrated traitors, but had to admit that the SDC combat forces were the most prepared to escort batters from Salome, taking care to assemble strategies on a much more comprehensive chessboard And dangerous.Raan Corsen did not trust the SDC from the beginning, and decided to make an inspection visit to the troops who were in training at Tauri, but had no access to any information that could denounce them.
In the last and crucial moment, EDF came back and was as honored as it was expected to be. Moving their troops in favor, offering their lives in protection of Raan Corsen. And that was a relief and guaranteed his survival, leaving the Cobra Wing in position to work his personal escort to give Raan time to extend his cover to Salome.
Raan had carefully planned a sleight-of-hand strategy, putting his own name on all the Cobra Wing ships. Hundreds of ships by the name of Raan Corsen diverted the attention of hunters in their pursuit, confusing them and causing them to attack wrong ships. But Raan found herself with bound hands as she realized that Salome and the Children Of Raxxla had their own plans. CoR, in a desperate attempt to save Salome, changed his strategy and altered his flight route away from the main conflict.
The route of Salome also removed it from the troops of Tsu Anabelle and the CAP itself. It was a great plan, but it proved to be a tragedy, failed at the simplest point, failed to identify the traitor who revealed himself at the most opportune moment, where confusion and direct fighting became more intense, communications were cut into one last Attempt to hide danger Salome.
Raan Corsen was desperate when he could not establish communication, ran desperately trying to find Salome, system after system and she never reached the rendezvous point. And his fears became real when he received the news that the esteemed Salome was dead.
Raan was desolate, anger boiled in his eyes, almost fried his ship to find only the wreckage in silence in the void.
"Love. Time. Death. These three abstractions connect all humans in the galaxy. "
Raan was silent for an entire hour while the Cobra Wing troops fought with sensors and probes in an attempt to refute the fateful truth of this tragedy. At last there was nothing more to be done. Tsu Anabelle and Yuri Nakamura along with their personal guard retreated and Raan was escorted back to Ebor.
Raan will be honored as the right arm counselor to the General Cobra, and becomes a symbol of the fight for freedom between the ranks of the Cobra wing.
