Path to Ride Entrance Troubles

Hey All!
First post and still getting accustomed to the game. I need your help, please. I am having difficulty attaching a path to my 'Tropic Tours' boat ride entrance. If I remove the water from the ride, then I am able to attach the queue, but then cannot add the water back to the same level. Your help would be much appreciated. Thanks all.

1. Is flatten terrain enabled? Turn off if so, and try again.
2. If that is not the case, fiddle a little bit with the distance between ride and shore, and depth of water.

Water and paths don't really work that great together in Planco. So it needs some work before you get the result you want.
