Pattern Epsilon Obelisk Data

Does anyone know where to get this stuff? I've been to a dozen different suggested locations and though I can get the Alpha, the Beta, the Delta and the Gamma in mass quantities by re-logging which seems to be broken so I've got to do a complete restart every time from my Xbox One X home scree. I've not found one single piece of "Pattern Epsilon Obelisk Data" (note there isn't any Alpha, Beta, Delta or Gamma listed in the item. Just plain ordinary "Pattern Epsilon Obelisk Data".

Thanks to EVERYONE for your assistance in my endeavor to obtain the three vessel blueprints, with the assistance y'all gave me, I was also able to pick up to module blueprints, the FSD Booster and the Hull Package. Couldn't have done it without the assistance of y'all! THANKS!
